Our Ordering and Scheduling Process
BigTrees4U.com is a whole new approach to landscaping, designed specifically with our customers in mind.We have combined decades of experience and customer feedback in order to provide a no hassle approach to adding trees to your landscape. Our customers do not want to wait weeks for an appointment and even longer to have their new trees installed. Our whole business is designed around customer convenience and satisfaction while providing the highest quality trees at the best possible value.
Step One: Select Your Trees
Email or give us a call with your questions or just tell us what you would like. About 50% of our customers already know what trees and how many they need. The other 50% need us to answer a few questions in order to make sure they are buying the best trees for their needs and location. Either way we are here to help. We will even make site visits when necessary. Just tell us what you need from us to make your tree purchase easier, we are here to help.
Step Two: Place Your Order
Once we get your order we will provide you an invoice and a simple check list of items you need to know in order to help facilitate a great installation on your project. When you confirm the accuracy of the information we will accept a 50% deposit in order to tag
your trees and place them on the list for harvest. You may pay with credit card, check or cash.
Step Three: Confirm Installation Date
Once your tree(s) have been harvested we will contact you with the date we would like to plant your trees. Most of our projects are completed within two-three weeks of us receiving your order! If ever we are going to take longer you will know that before you approve the project and pay a deposit. We only like good surprises! The majority of our customers are not home when we plant their trees so you can decide if you want to be there or not. Your choice!

When you see your trees we want to know you are happy. Give us a call and let us know you are thrilled. You can then make final payment arrangements. Tell everyone you know about us and take advantage of our referral program.
